If plant life is left then deterioration and blockages can occur causing leaks which may lead to costly damage. RCB recommend plant life is removed regularly and any maintenance carried out to prolong the life of the roof.

Material and equipment installed on your building are likely to be affected by wear and corrosion and unless this is kept at bay, can affect the efficiency and performance of the products, and could eventually lead to failure in the components.
