Debris Removal and General Maintenance

Build up of debris and refuse on the roof can lead to deterioration and costly damage if left long term. RCB recommend regular debris removal and maintenance.

We strongly recommend any preventative maintenance tasks, faults and subsequent corrective maintenance is carried out on a preventative rather than a curative basis.  Material and equipment installed on your building are likely to be affected by wear and corrosion and unless this is kept at bay, can affect the efficiency and performance of the products, and could eventually lead to failure in the components.

Roofing, Cladding & Building LTD can offer a simple walk over/inspection which would include a brief report of any findings and concerning areas. We would then provide a quotation to carry out maintenance works required.
