Amiri Construction awarded RCB the contract for the roof and wall cladding works at the new Brockhurst Gate Retail Park in Gosport. This £9m project for Millngate Gosport Developments Ltd involves the construction of a terrace block of 5 retail units to include M&S Food, Lidl, Home Bargains, and The Food Warehouse by Iceland. The contract also involves construction of a Costa drive thru, external & enabling works for a McDonalds drive thru and Section 278 works.
