Recently completed project direct for the owners of the property of a complete roof overlay of the existing old and tired but structurally sound roof.

The existing roof was fully insulated and overlaid using Thomas Panels and Profiles 1000/32 0.7 in Goosewing Grey with rooflights, and new Fatra membrane lined gutters.

Luckily, we were able to carry out this work during the Covid-19 lockdown as we did not need to access inside the properties. Overlays enable tenants to carry on working without any disruption to their business.
